Hi Ajay - nice detail in the bird - The bright green BG is a little overpowering - would reduce the saturation and adjust the lightness a little on the BG Only.
IMH0- Would have tried to get a little bit of a head turn towards you - sometimes the gazing off into the distance will work - just not sure this is one of those.

There is a great Article by Artie in the educational resources forum on Head angles - worth a read and will explain the advantages.

    Keep them coming :)

Thank you Lance for your comment and Advice too, will surely refer to the topic.
Tried adjusting light effect and after reducing saturation from the background the images looks better.

Congratz of getting this shot. A very cool bird indeed.
    Good details, perch and comp.
Exept of whats been said I would try a verticle crop if you have more room or one with some more room at the left as the bird is looking left, I think it would help balanse the photo. :)
    TFS!

Ajay, well done capturing a difficult subject. I don't know the species, but I'm always pleased anytime I manage to capture an image of one of the hard-to-get, flighty birds around here. Detail is beautiful, as is the perch. I agree the emerald green is a bit overpowering, and the vertical crop sounds like it's worth trying. With a better head angle and a few adjustments, this would have been over the top.

Great comments made above and a lovely bird, Ajay. I really like that bright yellow leg against the green BG. A better head angle would definitely help but you got some lovely detail in the feathers and a good, clean BG. Nice work in those areas!
