Down and Dirty

I am not a bird photographer, but would enjoy comments on my animal and people images. Is this the proper forum? I haven't posted anything in a very long time.

A great moment beautifully captured, it's made for black and white.
I would crop a bit off the top and rotate slightly CW.

I also agree that this belongs more in the 'Action' or 'Friends and Family' forum but since it's here I have to say BRAVO for the black and white image! I'd also crop from the top making this more of a pano crop as the sky doesn't really add much to the scene. I'd also look at lightening the man's face some so we get more detail there and less shadow. Beautiful use of shutter speed - you really captured a moment here!

Thank you for the feedback and for looking. I never noticed the need for rotating the image. You are right. I was so caught up in the action I missed it.
The reason I posted here is to get the kind of feedback you all have given me here. Will the same happen in Action?
