Do I need more room on top?

The comp looks good to me. My only concern is part of the head fades away in the BG. Still an impressive flight shot with the catch(es) a nice bonus.

    Robert:

Because of his angle in the frame, I think there is already enough room on top. I like that the flight path works the long diagonal of the frame. Sand eels add.

    Cheers

Ditto what Randy said. Crop is excellent. Great to see all those eel eyes. A mighty fine capture.

Robert, Nice high key feel to this one. I love seeing all the eyeballs of the Sand eels too.

What a mouthful. Sand eels are killer. Bummer on the high angle, and the bird flying slightly away. Those combine to lose definition along the top of the puffins head and that keeps this one out of the contest winning category for me. IAC, all in all, very well done.
