    That's sweet. Townsend's are so tough and you nailed this one. Love the perch, BG, and pose.

    Glen:

    I like the horizontal lines in the perch and birds markings. Sharp, nice catchlight, pose. I like being able to see the one foot grasping the needles.
    There seems to be some loss of details in the yellows in a few spots, but overall it presents very nicely.
    Pleasant background too.

    Keeper for sure!!! Wow, very nice, love the perch, and pose, would have been over the top with a slight more HA!

    The birdwatcher in me still loves well-done portraits. This is certainly a well-done portrait. Exposure, composition are spot-on, and the warbler is beautiful.

    I do enjoy it!! Nice clean photo, good comp and very well framed by the evergreen branches. Awesome BG too. If anything, I wish the head was angled a bit more towards us.
