Rachel, I agree with Peter's comments & I think this is a great image. I am surprised to see the grey color. The big horns in YNP are light brown. He has a beautiful curve on him.

The grey color surprises me as well, it looks like it might have been dull, overcast light? I think the partial view of the sky is somewhat distracting but I like the detail you captured.
I feel the previous posters are onto something. Zooming out and going lower (if possible) here would have gotten the legs in and put you in a position of not looking down on him. Conversely, a portrait of that head and horns would have worked well and that could be cropped from this image. I generally will not leave the legs truncated as was done here as it leaves the image looking top heavy and out of balance.
Thanks everyone. I have one with the entire body which I'll post separately but here's a crop of this one that I think improves it. Let me know what you think. Btw Katie - I don't think that's sky. You can see it better in the full body shot. The ones I had seen before were brown also. I'm not sure if the grey is because these were wet or if that is just the color they are in Glacier.
