Roman Kurywczak and I gave a macro workshop at Longwood Gardens in PA. We had a great group of folks and I hope some of them post some stuff from today:)
I added the glow 100 filter in fractalius to this soft focus rose from today.

Denise, I really like the effect - it looks like satin.:)

Beautiful composition, Denise. The fract and the effect does make it look like satin. Very nicely done.

Very nice Denise! Lovely soft glow and color with that subtle frac effect - dreamy...

Beautiful colors and lovely effect, Denise. If it were mine, I might take it a bit lighter.

Another vote for satin - soft and sliky and I love it :)

Nice shoot - a question - what is the green fringe in the left side?

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the kind comments.
Billy, Nice to see you here! I am looking at it now and comparing it to the original. I think it is from the natural browning of the rose at the edge.
