A few years back I participated in a workshop conducted by Ron Reznick. He wowed us one night by showing us an image he took of a bird flipping its catch before it swallowed it. Most birds do it and try to position their catch to go down head first. We dubbed it the "Reznick Flip".

Harry good head angle and action in this image. It's amazing that a bird this big would catch fish this small. A slightly bigger F-stop (7.1 or 8) night have keep the whole bill and fish as sharp as the eye is.
