    Default Tiger - Environmental portrait

Tried to create an environmental portrait of a tiger in the morning light. The tiger was near a water hole bordering a grassland. About 30 years back there was a village in this area. The village was resettled outside the National Park. Nature reclaimed the area vacated by man, and it became on of the finest grasslands of the Bandhavgarh National Park in India.

This is about 30 percent crop, mostly from the bottom.

    I like the idea....Sabyasachi

but i feel the image is lacking just a little punch..maybe a bit more PS work on colours..maybe a closer crop to tiger so he is a bit more prominent in image.....thanks for sharing...

I like the look and feel of this image and the pano crop works well here. I agree with Peter that a bit more color and contrast might help. I see what looks like a fence post to the right of the leafless tree in the background - for me, this takes away from the "wildness" of the image and it could easily be removed.
