    Caught this guy catching dragonflies right next to his nesting area. After about fifty frames or so I finally got a decent one.

    30D and 500F4 and 1.4X

    Lovely colors and textures you have here. The composition works very well and the meal is a HUGE plus. Congrats!

    Welcome Jude. This image works very well with the bird's head turn, sharp eye showing its colour, good exposure AND the prey.

    I do find that there's little room for both the head and tail. If you have room from a crop, or wanted to try adding some canvas, I would suggest adding some space on the top and bottom edges.
