Minor shadow/highlight adjustment and Unsharp Mask in CS3 post processing
A little dark in the shadows. I'd like to see this one a little tighter in the frame by cropping some at left and bottom, and I'd love to see this posted bigger (you are allowed up to 750 pixels on the longer side). Neat dynamic screaming pose!
Interesting pose here and the open beak gives meaning to the term "screaming eagle". I'll agree with Dan that you have room to work with to make the bird larger in the frame.
recropped as per suggestions. Thanks! Tried dodge/burn, more radical Shadow/highlight and even reprocessing in Adobe ACR to try and increase shadow detail in the body. No luck, added too much noise/artifacts. I've never tried using fill flash at a distance, do flash extenders work well out to 30-50 yards?
