I never saw a young one. Spot on processing and details. Nice complimentary BG. Looking forward to viewing the slideshow.

William, I think these are the most beautiful birds and this one is especially nice. I love the crop and the graceful lines in the neck which compliment the lines in the bg. Beautiful work:)

Bill, this is a wonderful image - love the detail, subtle color and lovely background. Great images on your web site. Very nice work!

Beautiful image, Bill! Love the soft colors, close-up view, and all the sharp detail. I might tone down/blend in the large orange spot in the BG that's just above the bill a bit, but that's all I can see that I would change. Nicely done. :)

Appreciate the kind words. I've had internet connection problems since last Thursday when my apartment was broken into. They took my computers, all my LCD monitors, photo equipment, TV, etc. Fortunately I was out taking pictures at the time and I still have my main camera and lens, and I have my images backed up on external hard drives that I hide. Been using my brother in laws computer access, and he's starting to suggest I bring beer! So I got a laptop, and finally got internet this evening, so I can start commenting again. I'm sure glad I backup my stuff!! Using a laptop for editing isn't nearly as easy as a dual monitor setup with a 26" screen, which no longer have, but it isn't half bad; nice 17" screen and the images look real good. Regards~Bill

That's terrible, Bill. Glad to hear you still have your images and main camera though. :)
