I like how the flower is in front of the leaf. How the red flower stand out against the green leaf and have my attention first to the flower, then to leaf behind it and finally to the background. The background color is beautiful as well. Something you don't like... maybe if the stem of the leaf and the flower are parallel to each other that might look better, I'm not sure.

I think this looks pretty good. I especially like the background :) I may be tempted to enhance the contrast of the main subjects a bit though.
