I know this won't appeal to everyone but I like the way it came out.

    Hey Ken,
I'll be the first of the not lovin' this one gang......but I give you credit for trying something different! I do think this one has huge potential to go a bit more OOTB in my opinion......but you knew you were going to get different opinions on this one!:o

Sorry Ken you have produced some great images but I don't think this is one of them. The light is very harsh and the contrast is high, the flower head is sharp but the butterfly not so sharp and the highlights don't add to the scene for me.

I'll be the first of the "I love this kind of bokeh" gang. I think it is different and adds a bit to the image...

Hi Ken, I'm with Roman and Jonathan on this one...but I think it is great to break out of the routine now and then.

Hi Ken. I'm mostly with Roman, Jonathan, and Allen, but I do like the "differentness" of the image. This one kind of grows on me the more I look at it. I would like it a lot more if the butterfly was as sharp as the flower. :)

I'm one who tends to like bokeh, so I do like it in this image. I also like the backlit Zinnia petals--very nice. The only thing that doesn't work for me is the butterfly, and I think it is because the butterfly isn't sharp. I hope you try this again. :)

I love the bokeh here but feel it almost overpowers the butterfly. I also think the lighting is a bit harsh - if you could tone it down a bit and soften the bokeh without losing the "orb" feel I think it would strengthen the image.
