    My first visit to Wakodahatchee Wetlands in Palm Beach County with bird photography class from Miami Dade. Instructor Fabiola Forns, whom in such a short time has taught me so much. Thank you

    HI Oscar !!!!!! You guys did well at Waco !!!

    I like the pose framing and bg Real nice Would like to see the point of focus on the eye If you look the sharpest part of the bird is the shoulder area Also lining up the sun more from your back would help eliminating shadows/unlit areas Light was from your hard right I know in some places like waco you don't have much chance at light angles !!!

    btw yesterday evening there were four GBH chasing each other around by the first gazebo One amazing sight !!!!

    Default What bird is this?

    I don't believe I have ever seen this bird and I've been watching and photographing in the everglades and vicinity for decades. It looks closest to a little green heron but not with that red neck, or is that the light?
