The above is for the Monty Python fans among us.

I am taking a few minutes from my Admin duties to finally post an image.

    This was captured yesterday morning.
    Camera Nikon D300
    Lens Nikon 600mm AF-S I ED F4 with TC14E 840mm
Tripod Gitzo GT5540LS (Thanks Artie) and Wimberley II Head

I like blurs, I love blurs when the subject's head is sharp.
At 1/60 of a second this was a little tough, but worth the effort I thought.

I like it, great blur and composition. The stick and head make it really interesting. I can't figure out the ISO you used.

Nice capture James even though I got a vertigo attack when I first glanced at it :D
But my eyes soon found rest at they settled on the sharp eye and head. Good one!!

    Hi James,

Love the blur, not an easy capture. Excellent panning technique.

Hey Froggie, Congrats. Your image is being critiqued live in front of the Phoenix seminar audience as I am waiting to get started. As for this image, it rocks. Love the sharpness of the face and the chattering of the background. My only problem, the bird should be arrested for logging in a preserve!

later and love and break me a leg, artie
