This zoom blur of a crashing wave was taken at Blowing Rocks Nature Conservancy on Jupiter Island. The effect was done in PP in CS4.

Modifications included; Zoom Blur, Fade Blur and other normal image processing adjustments in PS.

    Enjoy!

Mark, This reminds me of spin art. Neat. I'm thinking it needs a stronger focal point. I also might be tempted to make the left side of the comp. the same distance as bottom from the center point. The colors on the right side are lovely.

Mark, I have to agree with Denise that this feels like it needs a stronger focal point. The colors and blurring are lovely, just needs something more IMO.

Mark, I like this one a lot. Lots of light and action, and I think all that central point needs is a little sharpening. I do agree that it feels a bit crowded on the left. Nice one.

Ditto Denise's comments. Maybe more FG rocks if you have any. Like the blur and energy of the shot.

Thanks all for viewing and comments.

What you see is what you get, there is no room to the left and bottom ... therefore the crop.

The rock on the BLC was the only one, so I didn't want to loose it. The shore rocks were just off frame.
