    I took this image at Fort DeSoto, Florida, a few weeks ago.

    D700, 300 f/4, HH.
    ISO 1000, F/11 1/800

    I applied S/H in PS CS5. I sharpened in Nik.

    Hi Vilma, Beautiful light and wingspread. Great detail and it doesn't bother me that the wave is going through the subject since it's so well muted. It looks like it could use a bit of CCW rotation. Well handled!

    Like it a lot Vilma !! Glad your pushing the camera as far as the ISO is concerned !!! Very good IQ !!

    Like the raised foot and overall feel Feathers look fine with good texture ... bg color is that special looking Nikon blue !! Common bird but a treat when done as well as this one !!!

    Hi Vilma. I like it. Nice low light, and great raised wing position. I like also the way you have positioned the bird in the frame. It looks as if he's been through a few scrapes.
