Here the Osprey is taking a break but still keeping an eye on me.

A700+Sigma 120-400 @ 400mm

1/1000, f5.6, ISO400, +1EV to expose to the right and then PP in LR3. C&C Welcome

Eye contact and wide crop look good. The bird looks a bit soft and I wish the sun would have been behind you. The whites on the neck look quite bright, softer light would have helped.

Please also take the time to comment on a few images.

A bit more sharpening wouldn't hurst and I'd crop some canvas off the left side to get bird off center.
