Did a slight zoom blur, used the paint mixer brush to get the strokes coming off the petals, and then did a twirl. Maked the center back in sharp. Previously posted, but I thought appropriate for the theme.

You combined a multiple of cool effects here! Almost like a pinwheel and I do like that you kept the center in focus. Nicely done!!!
Jackie, I remember this one. I like it a lot. The colors and the pinwheel look come together nicely and as Roman said the key here is the sharp center.
Jackie, the center looks like a pinecone which is very cool. I like the colors radiating from the center.
