    Hi Bill, very nice capture and application of your style. I like the high key look. I would suggest toning down the highlights on the right leg and lightening the eyes. Losing the branch in the lower right would be quite a challenge but possible.

    Bill, I might lighten the one eye and the one leg as suggested by Kerry. The white background works well with the colors of the Gallinule. I love the ruffled feathers and the details. Nicely done. Another vote to evict the branch.

    Hey William,
    Agree with the excellent advice above.....but I really like the way this stands out against the high key BG and the Fractalius is also very well done!
