There certainly is fire and I love the blue with the red together Judy. If it were mine I might take a bit off the bottom so that the dark blue triangle is not as prominent. My reaction anyhow.... but really like it.
I like the framing as presented as the dark blue triangle in the llc balances the vegetation. I might actually take a bit off the top to move the plants to the upper right rule of thirds position. I would definitely lose the black dust spot/stick/rock in the lower right.

Judy - the colors are amazing. I agree with Jackie about cropping from the bottom. I really like the diagonal lines.

And yes, the colors are spectacular. For the repost I followed my own suggestions :)

Judy, The colors are spectacular and you have a good eye for dramatic looks. I love Artie's repost and feel that the weight in the LLC is needed.Very special look here!!!
Thanks Artie, that looks better! I appreciate the advice and your reworking the image.
Thanks Denise. I had tried cropping out the blue LLC but it didn't work for me. I also could have put in the whole wave but thought that was too much in front of the "weeds".
Thanks Cheryl
Thanks Jackie

I like this a lot, Judy. Love the dramatic colors and composition. An excellent example of how very spectacular images can be made out of very ordinary things if you just have the eye to see it! ;)
Think the repost is perfect. Never thought of a crop from the top. Looks really good now.
Very nicely done, Judy! Simplistic yet dramatic. Really like the colors & Artie's re-post very much.
