    Hi Jay - Like the pinks against the black BG - Not sure about the crop though, feels a little tight on the bottom - nothing clipped or anything just gives me that feel.
    Might have increased the ISO to provide a little more SS as safety margin or stopped down even more. Might also just lighten the shadows a litle.

    Hi Jay, the lighting is beautiful with the black backround making the subject pop. Agree that it is a little tight on the bottom and a small increase might better balance the comp. If possible I might lighten the stem a bit also.

    Jay, I have to agree with Dave that the subject pops against the BG; and I like that. I like the lighting very much, but do wonder how it would look with Lance's suggestion of lighting up the shadows a bit. The tight crop at the bottom is not typical and I'm okay with that.
