    An interesting perspective on one of the resident peacocks (not captive) at Crandon Park, Key Biscayne.
    Sony a700, 70-400mm
    1/100, f11, ISO800m @230mm, flash used, handheld using monopod
    No crop, some sharpening, some color balance adj.

    Connie:

    An interesting abstract study. I had to look at it for a bit to figure out what the perspective was. I think overall it is a bit busy, with too many different types of feathers competing for our attention. Will be interesting to see how it strikes others.

    I like the basic idea very much. I think the whites could use a bit of toning down, and if this were mine, I'd crop the right inch to avoid showing the end of the light brown feathers, making a true abstract out of it.

    Like it Connie In these type there is not right or wrong just personal preference !!!

    Would go tighter and eliminate the room on the lower right, tone down the whites and move the center or feather radiation down/right Like it a lot !!!

    Connie, this is an interesting perspective. I would concur with Al's comments regarding the crop and make it a true abstract.
