    Default RWBB zoom blur

This one was taken with overcast sky. Compositionally, I was in two minds if I should leave negative space in the lower left... alternate would have put the RWBB right in the middle. Also, I wanted to get the zoom effect off-center. The settings for the original were -

    7D, Sigma 50-500mm @ 137mm hand held
1/8 sec, f/20, Mode: Tv Metering: Evaluative Exp comp: -2/3 ISO: 100 (auto)

For pp, I cloned out another bird within the frame, applied Topaz DeNoise, added adjustment layer for saturation, cropped and applied usm for the final web version. All C&C will be appreciated...

Indranil, I'm really liking the b&w version. The subtle blur is very pleasing. I'm feeling that the bird is a bit lost in the image, but it doesn't bother me that much as it makes a nice focal point.

Indranil, I like the B&W one a little more also. I too think the bird gets a bit lost within the image and a tighter crop my help or may not help. I might crop a little up from bottom and some on left if it were mine-but let's see what others say first.

Indranil, I like the subtle blur and I agree with Denise about cropping from the bottom and left. I think I prefer the OP.:)

Indranil, I think it has a bit more impact.

    Nice image and application, Indranil.

Like the last one, as it brings the subject a little more into view.
