I went to one of the birding spots in Pretoria yesterday morning, and came away with this very fast flyer, a Yellow billed Duck. The BG is OOF water.

Excellent Stu. Bird is razor sharp with great detail and colours. Like the posture and comp. A pity some of the green is shadowed. Subject pops against the bg. Well done !

Was nice meeting up again !

Beautiful pose Stuart and sharp details. I love the curved up wing tips. There is a small spot in front of the bill, just to let you know before printing.Well done.

Wing position, eye contact and sharpness look good. I might repair the one primary on the near wing.

Well caught, Stu. Good light and I like the iridescent green of the speculum.
