    Ken:

    I like the flowing water/bubbles, eye contact. What a bill. A bit of an awkward pose.
    I might be tempted to tone down the upper background just a bit more, try to match the luminosity of the tan in foreground.

    Fun to find treasures during clean up!

    Great setting, good soft light and interesting composition and pose. I might sharpen the bird a bit more.

    Unique pose and great eye contact.
    The bright patch in the BG steals a lot of attention.

    Great light and I like the flowing water. I would consider cleaning up the background more?

    Like the pose and setting. Subject is well exposed and sharp. Nice shot.

    Thanks for all of your comments and suggestions, I agree the top is a bit of a mess so I have tried a combination of cropping, pasting and cloning, I am more used to getting rid of twigs:)
