Beautiful positioning of this greenish breasted bird on lgt green background. Excellent backlit detail and wish more light on front to show the green breast. Overall superb image.

I like the room in front of the subject to give the viewer a sense of space. Good colors and nice perch. Perhaps it is just me, but does the head turn give the appearance it is soft in the eye or is it a tad darker than it should be? Or am i blind. Just asking here. A very colorfully attractive image.

Lovely image with a nice head turn and catchlight. Ver pretty BG too but not so keen on the perch but hey we can not always control that. I believe this image would work well as a vertical as all the space to the right does not add much. I would then crop some off the left. With this type of crop the bee eater would fill up more of the frame. Many thanks for sharing.

Super image. I must agree that I think this image would work better as a vertical.

I agree about the vertical crop. I would crop almost up tight to the twig on the left and leave a bit of room on the right for him to look into. Also agree about a little more sharpening....nice image.

Nice one. I like the alert look and the bg too. Too bad about the midday light. Adding some fill might fill the shadows a bit.

Nice pose and BG. I wish the sun would have been lower and in your back. I'm not sure about your sharpening and NR technique but the back of the head and part of the tail look blurred. Have fun there and I look forward to more images!

Do not mind the COMP or the beautiful bird but the light is very harsh and there is a big problem with the apparent sharpness of the head and breast... Later and love, artie
