Nice bird and BG, very sharp, good eye contact, catchlight all make a fine image. I wondered about the crop at first, but the more I study it, the more I like it. TFS.
Very humble looking bored, I like the soft expression in the face. Green is a great complimentary color for reds, making the bird really stand out. IF this were mine, I'd be temped to take some off the left to place the bid less centered in the frame. GOod eye contact and catch light.
