I was lucky enough to come across a pair of crested barbets with a nest full of chicks in a hole in a tree, close to my campsite last weekend. I parked a few metres in front of the nest to get a close up of the female sticking her head out.

    Applied selective noise reduction.

Great DOF, and pin sharp showing great detail around the head and beak. You have exposed the colours nicely. Well done Vincent.

Great composition, colors and details. There is a bit posterization in the BG.
