Rodeos could be very exhilarating if everything goes right and great opportunities to play with panning, we don't have one until September, so we have to hold back and play with the bikes
I feel not straightening the image gives it a more dynamic feel.

As usual, your panning technique is spot on, also agree with not straighening the image.

Excellent technicals. Ideally, seeing the 4th leg would be nice it but having been there done that myself you take what you can. Agree with the angled perspective as it does increase the sense of motion and speed.

I can't believe her light hands on the reins.

Boy, this is sweet Fabs. Love everything about it. Would have like for just a bit more front leg--but it is marvelous anyway. This person would go nuts if she saw this!

Fabs, this is an awesome shot. The entire image conveys a real sense of power and speed. I also agree with not straightening the image as the lines tend to draw your eyes downhill from the left of the image to the right (the direction the rider is going); which favors the overall impression of "speed" in this image. That's amazing panning techniqe (wish I could do it that good). I actually said... "wow" when I first looked at this shot. My favorite images tend to be the ones that induce an emotional response from me, and this image did that for me. Terrific shot!
