    1/400 sec, F 6.3, ISO 400 From Bean Bag

    He was shoot on Dune Road in Westhampton this morning. He was alone in his own pool the next pool over had 75 assorted egrets.

    Nice habitat as presented. It would be nicer if the bird was facing you instead of looking away and I think the whole image would benefit from a contrast boost since it loos a little washed out.

    Hi - Looks like the HAP have placed you under arrest :)
    Repost looks a little better contrast wise - but the HA is not ideal - maybe as a horizontal with the bird looking off into the habitat might be a little more acceptable - MIGHT:)

    Nice image Mike but I'm not sure I like the contrast boost - looks a bit "heavy" in the background. The eye is a standout in this image and sort of salvages the HA.
