Another (sort of) abstract. Liked the bit of orange/yellow reflection (which was due to the sun-lit foliage on the opposite shore) in the water amidst the rocks adding to the colours in the rest of the frame.

    Techs:
    f/11, 15s, ISO200, Circ Pol and ND
Cropped off a little from top and bottom.

    Does this image work ?
    Critiques welcome.

    Hey Kaushik,
crop works for me......I like the colors and mosses on the rocks...do wish you had included a bit of rock on the MG left....so it would be even more of a frame.....but as it is dark there....doesn't bother me that much. The water flows nicely among the boulders but the bright golden area appears a bit blown out and draws the eye. I would try toning it down .....it won't compete with the cool tones in the rest of the scene then. Pretty effective for a simple comp!

Hi. I also like the simplicity of the composition but also would prefer a bit more room on the left to complete the framing. For my taste I would crop half the water off the top. This would take the eye away from that area since I find myself going there.

I like the soft water and the gold. More on the top might be an option.
