Incorrect color in Photoshop ?

Hi folks,

I was working on an image in Photoshop CS3 yesterday and when I was done with my image i saved it and then uploaded it to this site and found the images to be quite different. The colors while in photoshop were alot warmer and when I uploaded the image I was quite dissapointed to see it quite dull.

Never really noticed it before and although I am sure it is purely a setting change in PS, I am not sure where ... any help ?

Don't know if this is the cause, but did you convert to sRGB on the image you
uploaded?

I'm still on CS2, but mine is under: Edit->Convert To Profile and sRGB IEC... as the
profile.

Is your monitor calibrated? You can check in PS what it will look like with the soft proof tool.
