    Hi Gus

Pretty bird but the image is very soft...Your shutter speed is quite low espc if handholding, this is the reason no doubt. Maybe you could raise the ISO to help? I assume it a case of a rare bird popping into view and you had little time to setup for capture. I would also consider removing the diagonal 'stem' from the image in the upper RHS.

Hi Gus - gorgeous bird!!! Glad you got to see and get a shot.
Does look very soft - Often happens to me also - when confronted by a rare one - get so excited forget to hold the camera still.

Congrats Gus on getting this image of a rare bird. You got a nice head turn and eye contact, but I have to agree with Don and Lance that the low shutter speed shooting at 600mm hurt the IQ.

Hi Gus, I agree with the softness; however, a gorgeous rare bird worth capturing. I also think the point of focus might have been a tad forward of the bird itself. TFS.........

Hi Gus, Have to agree on the bird being soft probably due to HH at a low SS. Would have liked softer lighting with a cleaner more subdued backround. I would also take out the small protrusions on the top and far left...

Wonderful, Gus--I cannot believe some people's luck (I know it's more than that) to capture such a rare and beautiful bird. The image could be sharper, like everyone is saying, but honestly, I'm just happy you shared this image with us!
