    I like the pose and the way the tail points down into the corner (or conversely, how the tail leads up from the corner to the main part of your subject. The light is very harsh here and the black shadow detracts from the image. You could try opening up the shadow with a shadows/highlight adjustment or a reverse curves adjustment to see if that helps.
