Great pose and sharpness Arash ... and amazing quality for the high ISO Was just wondering about setting the shutter speed to 1/800 for lowering the ISO and higher IQ? I know the keeper rate at 1/2000 has to be higher and have been trying myself to up the speed when possible !!!
Like how you push the tech envelope !!!

    Thanks Al,
Good points! sometimes I can get away with 1/1250, but 1/800 :D often gets too soft for flight. Find it much easier to deal with noise when image is sharp, sharpening is what bring the noise out!!! did not apply much sharoening to this one. Not such a great image, just wanted to share what is sometimes possible. got some more high ISO in early morning, will post later.

Another lovely image Arash, just curious what your keeper rate is?

Tough question Jackie, depends on conditions and birds, sometimes high sometimes low :)

Hi Arash, Good wing position along with the reddish glow of very late light. Nicely positioned in the frame and sharp. Well handled...

Lovely pose Arash, and nicely caught on the upstroke of the wing.
