Another Oystercatcher chick, I wanted to include some of the vegetation and chose a slightly higher angle.

    Hi Axel,

I like this presentation as well as your previous one with a similar pose. In my opinion, the inclusion of the vegetation adds color plus gives a sense of the habitat which I find pleasing. As in the previous one, the pose is interesting and humorous which enhances the image for me. I think the image is well exposed and has good details. Well seen and captured. Thanks for sharing.

I like the side light, habitat, angle and pose. Lovely image.
Agree with Arash regarding the head. is this a big crop?

Thanks, Gal! This is not a very large crop, the plumage of the chicks is pretty fluffy and tends to look a bit soft.

Very nice pose, this one and the one before I would have missed if not been featured :)
Great idea about the vegetation, looking good.

While the vegetation is a nice addition, the pose and tension in the featured image make it far more powerful. Was it the same individual?

Thanks, Artie! I made this on a different day but it could be the same chick as it was in the same area.

Hi Axel, you seem to have these little guys sorted with regards to their raised wings. Another lovely capture, low angle, and your comp works well.

Axel, liked this one too. The vegetation is at just the right distance to make impact and yet not distract. Thx for sharing.
