    Default Going Vertical

With a nod to Artie (thanks for the kind words!), here is a vertical crop from a vertical frame taken at our So. Cal. workshop.

    Hey Doug,
Yeah.....I've got to start doing more vert flights myself! Killer pose and the BG is sweet too. Might go a touch lighter on the tern....but the room is bright right now....so take that with a grain of salt. Very nicely done!

Great work Doug - you have now made me go out on a mission and capture in vertical. ( watch this space ;) ) Excellent banking and wing position, pin sharp, and just love that fanned tail. The tern also stands out so well from the BG. Very well captured.

Got it all, Doug: beautiful pose, wing and tail spread, exposure, detail, bg; and a vert bif! Lovely shot.

I love the outstretched wing pose and I am very impressed by two words "hand held" especially with the sharpness you achieved. Very nice.
