Underexposed this and had to work with hue/saturation, curves, and selective colour to get the BG even darker.
    Comments/suggestions Appreciated.

I really like the pattern, colors and the glow effect by the filter, nice work.

Beautiful composition, Jackie. Love the colors and the radiating petals.

I do not know from the chiareoscuro thing, but I know that I like this image. What filter did you use to get the glowing pointy petals? Love the colors and the pattern.

Thanks Artie, it was one of the presets I made from the Frac filter, and my history in CS5 doesn't go back far enough to let me figure out which one I used:)

No suggestions, love this as presented. Very effective use of the tools at your disposal and I think it has all come together really nicely.

Jackie, you did a great job on this one. The chiaroscuro effect is very good and the fract work just wonderful. Those flowers are captivating. Excellent!

    Nice image and application, Jackie.

I like the effects. Only comment is that I might have evicted the two "vertical" orphan lines on the bottom center/left side, but not a major issue.

Thought about that Mark, but thought it might look too fake or perfect. I'll try it w/o. Thanks for the comments, they are very much appreciated.
