Nice catch -- I would like to see more detail in the whites on the neck and try a bit more saturation to bring out the orange

Scott, I did a black and white point with white set to 244, it looks good on my screen I could see some details. The previous shot on the fence post was too white so I actually paid attention to this one. Perhaps it is the difference of the monitor. Hope others agree with me on this one.

Perhaps a bit more saturation would be nice but the whites look okay on my monitor.

    Hi Troy,

I don't know the subject well enough to comment on how white the neck is supposed to be. It is a great angle, especially from a car.

Nice, I've been trying to get a shot of one of these for awhile now. I see them hanging out with the buzzards, but by the time I've pulled off the road, they're gone!

Hi Troy, I like the angle and moment. The Black and whites look good.
    Good BG and sharpness.

Very nice image Troy. Your exposure looks fine. I dont see any lost details in whites.

Thank you all. I agree with the saturation. Will certainly apply some to this image.

I like the composition, sharpness and setting. Eye contact looks good, too. Saturation looks fine here, maybe a tad more contrast?
