    Amazing how the Skimmers can avoid the crashing waves just at the right time. Wanted to create a little different Skimmer image. I love the feel of the ocean and the power of the waves. Tried to capture some of that here.:D

    Hey Joe, This is one of your very best. Killer placement of the bird while maintaining focus. I only wish for a bit more separation of the skimmer from the breaking wave. The face of the wave in the back is obviously awesome!

    Beautiful composition with awesome waves, front and back. Would have made a lovely shot even without the skimmer. Agree with Artie that just a bit of separation between bird and breaking wave would have put this over the top - but very handsome just as it is.
