Processed with Lightroom with split toning and then used Topaz Adjust in CS5. It's fun to go a little "over the top" sometimes! The gallery of images of one of the most amazing sunsets I've ever photographed is http://southernexposure.zenfolio.com/fireinthesky

Very dramatic Judy, and the sky is quite something. I wonder if a curves adjustment to bring out more contrast would make it pop even more. I tmust have been something to see. Very beautiful.

Great sky Judy. There's a little bit of everything in there, from virga to blue sky. Very nice work.

Thanks Jackie, it was quite dramatic. I guess contrast is "in the eye of the beholder". I pumped up the contrast (as well as color) so much that is why I referred to it as "over the top". <grin>

Dramatic shading in the clouds. Contrasts of blue sky above good.
