    I like the pose and droplets. It needs a bit CW rotation and the bird looks rather soft.

    A nice view of why it got its name! Looks like a big enough crop already, but I'd consider cropping more below to eliminate the water, which doesn't really add much to the image as is. If you do prefer it there you could do a slight CW rotation to have it parallel to the edge of the frame.
