    Nico:

    Nice rich colors in bird and background. Like the dangling feed, head angle of bird, exposure.
    The bird looks a little soft to me. I find that to get consistently sharp flight shots, I need to go over 1/1000s and try for /1500s or higher if possible.
    In this case, you could have pushed up your ISO to gain some more shutter speed flexibility.
    Maybe a smidge more room below.

    Lovely colours in this. You did well to get this much detail at that SS Nico.

    I like the gliding pose, sharpness, complementing BG and eye contact and would try to get more details in the blacks under the wing.
