The enveloping wings, and general pose nice. Like the composition.
The exposure is good as well.
The main concern I have is how soft the image is. If you can coax out a bit more sharpness from the heads, that would certainly help.
I also might consider filling in the grey/blue area in the right lower corner with the green color.
Nice capture of this moment and I agree with Randy, soft light and exposure look good. If it is not a heavy crop then sharpening the birds more would be worth a try.
