    Great moment captured, I like the sharpness, poses and interaction. I might give it a bit more room at the bottom if you have and run NR on the BG.

    What a beautiful capture! I really like the diagonal created by the two birds. Great detail as well. My initial thought was adding a bit more on the left, but comp is very nice as is!

    Terrific action shot Arno....great eye contact and I really like the bent neck pose at the moment before arrival. Really love these Black Headed Herons...have never seen one...they are beautiful. TFS

    One heck of a shot Arno. Loved the comp and freeze. So many things have come together so well...and that is the toughest thing in such action shots. The light angle, the head positions, wing position, neck shapes, the toes frozen right before the moment of impact....WOW!!

    Excellent shot Arno. The action captured is perfect. Love the poses and colours. Compositionally I am wondering what this would look like with a bit more room on the right and bottom as Axel suggested to get a better balance over. In any case very well done!

    Thank you Arthur.The Herons crossed (swords :) ) beaks , before the RH one was pushed off its perch.
