Very nice pose and the calm water helped a lot with the reflection. I might put the bird a bit lower in the frame and wish the sun would have been behind you.

Very nice -- I like the reflection on the glassy water, as well as the placement of the bird in the frame (maybe add a tad more on top?). How much of a crop is this? Just curious...
