Hwange is rightly famous for its exceptional Elephant, this was taken whilst we spent the whole afternoon watching a seemingly endless procession of large herds come down for water. Too much going on to capture all of the fascinating behaviour.
This young elephant gave us a really good time, here he is finding out that running in the mud bath can be dangerous.
Unfortunately, I have no more room at the bottom as this is cut off by the side of waterhole.
