Taken at Kwara camp with a spot light, just after sunset. Trying to experiment with B&W as colour version does not quite to it for me.

    Any PP tips appreciated......

Hi Russell, I'm interested in what others have to say about this image as panned blurs are not a favorite treatment for me. I think it has a feeling of by-gone time to it, if that makes sense to you.

Sorry Russel, have to say this does not work for me, its more of a motion blur than a pan, converting an image from colour that you believe does not work to b&w will not make it better.. sorry if this is too negative...

sometimes or for me a lot of times... best to try again..

    Russel,

Just too blurred for me as well, but I agree with Katie that it gives a feeeling of by-gone times.

    Hi Guys,

Thanks for your feedback, even the negative.

Perhaps I should have been a little clearer, I am just looking to improve the B&W processing, not a critique on the image. Someone wants a copy though I felt the image stands more out from the background in B&W.

Shows how subjective photography is, this image is with a leading stock agency and has done ok......
