Like it a lot Ian Whites look excellent and image has a great fell !! Would tighten slightly cropping form left/bottom ... good timing on that raised foot !!!
Love it! When you say crop more from left/bottom, do you just mean to crop out some of the bottom? I think that the shadow adds to the image, would you also cut that out (or a portion of the shadow) out, too?
Makes me wish I had more time to be in the field!
Hi Ian - Love it also - whites look good love the strolling pose.
IMHO - I would have gone lower - laying on the ground would have improved this big time - yep you are going to get wet and dirty - but will make a hugs improvement.
keep em coming :)
Thanks folks. I'm also curious, Al. How much crop would you do? I tried a couple of different ones and landed on this. Lance, I don't mind getting wet and dirty. If I had gone lower for this one, however, I would have been prone in a patch of poison ivy. I'll go just so far :)
Hi Ian, good lighting and well exposed. Shooting in that light brought out the detail in the whites. I would crop some off the left to get the head off center. I also like the raised foot...
Something more like this, do you suppose?

like the repost Ian and very good exposure, shows the hunting behavior well.
